Mens Shawl Lapel Single Button Black Velvet Tuxedo

My husband retired this year and we had a big party for him and he wanted to feel special so we ordered this. I will admit i was unsure about buying formalwear online at our age but it turned out lovely. The velvet is soft to the touch and the color is a rich black that photographs really well. It fit him better than some of the suits he has bought in stores over the years. We only had to shorten the trousers a little. He felt handsome and i could tell, he stood taller all evening. So many of our friends complimented him. A wonderful purchase for us.

Wore this on a date night and felt really good in it. The velvet is soft and the cut is flattering without being tight. Fit me well right away. Got a couple compliments at the restaurant which was a nice bonus.

Overall a good experience with one small bump. I ordered this for my husband in his normal size but the jacket came a touch tight so we exchanged it for the next size and that one fit much better. The exchange itself was smooth enough, just took a little longer than i hoped to arrive. Once we had the right size though he looked fantastic, the velvet is soft and the black is deep and clean. He wore it to a formal dinner and got compliments all evening. Comfortable too he said. Just measure well before you order so you dont go back and forth.

Nice suit overall and it looks great on. The material is soft and the black is clean and deep. My only issue was the jacket felt a bit snug across the chest, im a bigger guy so that might just be me. I left the bottom button open and it was fine for the night. Got plenty of compliments at the event. Would still recommend just mind the chest if youre broad.

Bought this for my husband for a holiday party he had through work. He was nervous about velvet looking too much but it really doesnt, its classy and the black is deep and clean. Fit him well across the chest, the sleeves were a tiny bit long but nothing a tailor couldnt fix fast. He got a lot of nice comments that night and kept it on the whole time. Would order again.

Wore this to a charity gala and got stopped a few times for compliments. The black velvet has a nice smooth finish and feels good on. Fit was spot on for me, didnt touch a thing except the pants. Comfortable through a long night too.
